This case study is based off of one of the assigned examples used in the Capstone Project for Coursera’s Google Data Analytics Certificate Course. It details a scenario where we, the students, pretend that we are junior analysts at a company called Cyclistic. This is a made-up company, but the data used is from a real bike-sharing and urban service company called Motivate International Inc. Using the publicly released data of one of Motivate International’s bike-sharing service areas, we can act as if this is the data collected by our fictional company, Cyclistic.
